Overall job definition :

Support senior construction buyer on purchasing field on various construction projects from suppliers selection to construction delivery in coordination with project teams and other purchasing team members.

Main missions :

- Support senior construction buyer on all purchasing fields (France, Germany & Italy) from RFQ preparation to construction delivery in coordination with project teams.

- Sourcing

- Launch of tenders

- Negotiate and analyze the suppliers’ financial offers

- Establish a synthesis of the offers’ different aspects: technical and contractual, in liaison with the different stakeholders

- Recommend a supplier choice

- Manage the contractualization

- Edit the Purchase Order

Qualifications :

- Master 1 in Business related field
- Good level of English

Key behaviours :

Can-do mindset, comfortable in cross-functional set-up, communication skills, ready to tackle challenges and autonomy

Some extra skills which make the difference :

A former experience in Purchasing and an automotive / industrial experience are considered as an asset
