Digital learning designer and e-learning content integrator internship
At the end of 2022, ACC rolled out a CSR training course, mandatory for all newcomers and, more generally, all employees. An integral part of the onboarding process, this training course is being redesigned to encourage participant involvement, notably through interactivity, and to make the experience as pleasant as possible for learners, by improving ergonomics and shortening the duration of the modules.
Within the CSR Department, in the CSR Culture and Social Impact team, as an digital learning designer and e-learning content integrator, you will be involved in the following tasks :
- Update existing CSR training content: restructure and modify the content of the chapters on responsible sourcing and carbon footprint, based on your discussions with in-house experts on the subjects: familiarization with existing resources, framing of key messages and information to be shared with learners, pedagogical recommendations.
- Integrate raw content and exploit resources such as images/infographics, videos and sound.
- Generate and integrate voice-overs and sound effects for modules (sounds associated with specific actions).
- Create infographics for integration into e-learning modules.
- Contribute to improving the ergonomics of current training: make modules intuitive and easy to use, notably by developing a module template on Genial.Ly following a navigation and ergonomics charter to be applied to all existing modules, parameterize and develop training modules, create pedagogical activities such as quizzes at the end of each module for learner self-evaluation.
- Integrate the translation of modules into German
- Test modules before putting them online.
- Analyze and correct reported anomalies
