We produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We have an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories in Hauts de France and to come in Italy and Germany.

On propose une formations très opérationnelle sur la ligne de production de prototypes, pour découvrir l’ensemble du process de fabrication des cellules et modules des batteries pour en suite s’engager sur des postes d’ingénierie produit/process, projet ou production
Avec :

• Une découverte, à travers un pilotage direct du process / équipement, du process de production des cellules et blocs.

• Formation avec immersion sur le système de production et excellence (Lean Manufacturing)

• et la possibilité de proposer des optimisations et participer dans des équipes de progrès

Cela sert de période d’essai mais aussi de période de confirmation des souhaits de carrière par rapport aux postes proposées) sur une technologie très nouvelle.

Ingénieurs junior avec si possible 6 mois d'experience dans l'industrie et voulant faire un poste de manufacturing.
