Main missions:
- Manage the operation of the analytical laboratory, respect the QCDP of analysis based on the requirement demand.
- To define the Analytical Laboratory Process in term of equipment protocols, testing protocols and quantification protocols
- To define the Analytical Laboratory Process in term of data management and lab information management routine
- To define and deploy KPI to check the efficiency of the analytical lab
- To contribute to the Incoming Inspection in term of quantification protocols and laboratory set up support (selection of equipment, training of operators)
- To contribute to the Industrialization, Production, and Innovation Process in term of provision of analytical equipment and analytical testing protocol development
- To establish external laboratory support and lead external laboratory studies.
- To lead novel equipment studies with suppliers
- To identify CAPEX, OPEX and lab personnel needs to guarantee a timely delivery of the testing report with a good level of maturity
- To contribute to the hiring process of additional subcontractor or ACC employees to complete the laboratory team
- To manage the team according to HR compliance (e.g. F2F)
- To manage maintenance and calibration compliant to quality rules

Missions principales :

- Gérer le fonctionnement du laboratoire d'analyse, respecter le QCDP de l'analyse en fonction de la demande.

- Définir le processus du laboratoire d'analyse en termes de protocoles d'équipement, de protocoles d'essai et de protocoles de quantification.

- Définir le processus de laboratoire analytique en termes de gestion des données et de routine de gestion de l'information de laboratoire

- Définir et déployer des KPI pour vérifier l'efficacité du laboratoire analytique.

- Contribuer à l'inspection à l'arrivée en termes de protocoles de quantification et de soutien à la mise en place du laboratoire (sélection de l'équipement, formation des opérateurs).

- Contribuer au processus d'industrialisation, de production et d'innovation en termes de fourniture d'équipements analytiques et de développement de protocoles d'essais analytiques.

- Mettre en place un soutien aux laboratoires externes et diriger des études de laboratoire externes.

- Mener des études sur les nouveaux équipements avec les fournisseurs

- Identifier les besoins en CAPEX, OPEX et en personnel de laboratoire pour garantir une livraison dans les délais du rapport d'essai avec un bon niveau de maturité.

- Contribuer au processus d'embauche de sous-traitants supplémentaires ou d'employés d'ACC pour compléter l'équipe du laboratoire.

- Gérer l'équipe conformément à la conformité RH (par exemple F2F)

- gérer la maintenance et l'étalonnage conformément aux règles de qualité
