Overall job definition:

Finance Controlling for Bruges Operations and Bruges CAPEX

Main missions:

• Control of expenses: prepare budget and forecasts, analysis actual (P&L, cash), propose accruals

• KPI definition and follow up for Industrial activities,

• Follow up of investments for Bruges activities, including inventories (ACTIDEL)

• Follow up of raw materials expenses & stock for Bruges

• Ensure relationship with GT for questions related to accounting for his scope,

• Contribute to define/establish process and rules for Controlling in relation with ACC teams

• Contribute to build Finance IT system: describe controlling requirements for his scope

• Ensure finance processes implementation in Bruges teams

• Contribute to subsidies reporting due to France for his scope

Knowledge:

• Accounting – Immos

• Controlling

• ERP experience

• Excel

Experience:

• CAPEX management 5 years

• Controlling 5 years in small or middle industrial facilities

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance

• French and English fluent

Key behaviours:

• Agility in a fast growing environment

• Define rules and process quickly, control and adapt, standardize.

Some extra skills which make the difference:

• Manufacturing accounting & controlling experience

• ERP QAD knowledge
