Job description

Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related

  • To define and update ACC standards on chemical risks management
  • To validate new references of chemicals products
  • To assess the chemical risks for all new chemical products and write the guidelines for storage and usage.
  • To recommend the proper PPE depending on the identified risks
  • To be the reference person on all chemical risk questions within the company and with shareholders, future clients and clients
  • To follow all new publications and guidelines on the chemical risk prevention
  • To work with all ACC entities to define a roadmap to reduce chemical risks
  • To define, follow and report on chemical risks KPI
  • To define the training for all ACC employee
  • To support the teams on site
  • To follow REACH regulation and anticipate regulation changes
  • To support safety policy
  • To contribute during audits

Profile

Knowledge
Technical knowledge related to chemical products and associated risks

Experience
5 years of experience in chemical risk expertise

Qualifications
Master’s degree in chemistry or HSE
English is mandatory
French as an opportunity

Key behaviours

Adaptability to change and good anticipation skills

Some extra skills which make the difference
Previous experience in the battery or the automotive industry
ISO 14001 knowledge
