Job description

Reporting to the Human Resources VP, you will be responsible for the definition and the implementation of the C&B strategy, resources and tools.
You will partner with HR directors from all countries and sites, and develop C&B culture at every management level within the company.

Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related :

  • Taking into account the market situation, the company’s perspectives and the HR strategy, define the company salary scheme : fix and variable pay, LTI, benefits…
  • Contribute to the selection of the proper IT tools to manage C&B Operations
  • Propose the salary budgets and lead the pay raises campaigns
  • Negotiate deals with insurances and/or funds and/or brokers on mutual insurance, provident insurance, retirement funds, “intéressement/participation”,…
  • Chair or participate in the governance administrating as per request
  • Alongside with ACC Social relations director + HR country directors, prepare, negotiate and/or support C&B agreements with the employee representatives
  • Permanently benchmark ACC vs its competitors and markets
  • Set up every relevant KPI and deliver legal reports


Profile

We are looking for a person with :

  • Master Degree in HR, Economics or Law
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Mastery of Excel
  • HR IT tools culture is required
  • Experience in companies operating within the metallurgy collective bargaining agreemen
  • Experience in international and multicultural companies
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory
  • Fluency in other languages such as German and Italian are an asset
  • Additionally, you should be a rigorous and teamplayer person
