• Main responsibilities:
  
  Guarantee of the control of the non-contamination chain (quality of components, equipment, people and means of prevention)

• Takes care of the conditions and performances of the dry room and the machines: dust level, hygrometry

• Guaranteed the quality process allowing the particulate performance of the room and engines (PFMEA, Monitoring Plan)

• Implements measuring means in the room and in machines and analysis protocols Implements and manages the action plans resulting from these 2 points

• Ensures that machinery design (a system that produces dry, clean air) operates according to standards

• Defines and ensures the right level of reception of the rooms (qualification)

• Ensures the technical and economic adequacy of dry rooms: challenge the needs with the ingeniering products and processes, to obtain energy consumption of the room just necessary

• Carries the culture and all the standards management of the dry room (dressing protocols, range of cleaning room and machine ...)

• Builds improvement actions, ensures with engineering, industrialization, maintenance and manufacturing teams that the required conditions are in place, progress plans

• Realizes the retex and design to manufacturing of a clean and dryer room and equipment

• In the start-up phase ACC defines the process associated with particulate control

• Manages the internal and external quality assessment of the failures of its perimeter. He defines the KPIs, he animates the progress plans, challenges the teams on the improvement of the KPIs

Knowledge / Know how
- Experience in HVAC and clean and dry room construction and operations
- Experience in technical cleanliness analysis and clean room validation activities
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 14644, ISO 16232, VDA 19

Experience (domain, number of years)
- Engineer specializing in materials analysis and expertise lab; experience in the construction of a dry room, knowledge of the constraints in the construction of a dry room

- Experience in ventilation / extraction / filtration

- Knwledge of manufacturing cells process
