Job description

With the upcoming launch of ACC gigafactories in France, Germany, and Italy, we are looking to recruit project-minded specialists to join the core group of our launch team. This Core team of experts will travel from one Gigafactory to another and its main mission will be to prepare and assist in the industrialization and launch of new manufacturing units. We are looking for multicultural, geographically flexible professionals who thrive on taking up challenges.

In this context we are looking for our Core team Manager (M/F) to manage various experts with the goal to assist in the industrialization and rolling out of new production units.

The main missions are:

·        To support the industrialization teams in the launch of various Gigafactories to ensure the timely launch of production units
·        Lead, manage and deploy a team of expert according to project needs (planned and unplanned).
·        Delivering the project scope through cross functional development and tracking of the cross functional project timelines
·        Assisting in all the steps of Industrialization: Sample production, quality planning, logistics & material planning, project specific process/ tooling, etc.
·        Assist the launch team in meeting manufacturing schedules in reference Customer project timelines
·        Plan, prioritize and deploy solutions by relying on the teams’ skills, resources, and toolkit
·        Deploy the experts to troubleshoot and resolve any industrialization and production issues that might arise
·        Regular reporting of platform, project, and production line performance during ramp up phase.

Profile


·        Experience in the launch of large manufacturing units
·        Expert in maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery in mass manufacturing
·        Ability to prioritize and manage across multiple, often time-sensitive requests.
·        Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills
·        15 + years in project management/maintenance in industrial companies
·        Master's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Operations Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
·        Project/Program management tool kit including scheduling and project leadership
·        Must have worked in multi-cultural environment
·        Must be open to relocate according to projects
·        Fluent in English and French, German and Italian is a +
·        Proficient in Microsoft Project
·        Highly execution-oriented
·        Excellent time management skills
