Job description

Working within the CSR Department - which covers social and societal commitment, environment (carbon & climate, resource conservation and circular economy, environmental management), extra-financial reporting and responsible purchasing - and in liaison with the entities' CSR correspondents, the CSR Champions, and the communications and site departments.

You will be responsible, by supporting the CSR Manager, for the internal coordination of ACC's "Sustainability in Motion" CSR approach.

Animation of the community of CSR correspondents:

  • Support for the preparation, organization and running of CSR Forum meetings every 2 months, and follow-up of decisions taken;

  • Organization and facilitation of an intermediate monthly meeting of CSR Champions (agenda proposal, contact with contributors, preparation of presentations, etc.);

  • Participation in the organization of events for CSR Champions, such as workshops, CSR team-buildings and skills-building opportunities;

  • Development of tools for CSR Champions to support their missions;

  • Monitoring, analysis and sharing of best practices and benchmarking

  • Assisting the CSR Manager with regular meetings with each business line on how to take CSR into account with their specificities

  • Monitoring of entities' CSR action plans.

Raising employee awareness of CSR and regular internal communication:

  • Management of the CSR intranet section and the Yammer CSR channel;

  • Organization of CSR events for employees,

  • Support for the development of internal communications by collaborating with the communication department,

  • Participation in the identification of speakers for inspirational conferences;

  • Management of the CSR suggestion box : analysis of ideas, ratings, organization of the selection committee, communication, etc. ;

  • Management of the Onboarding CSR training module for new hires

  • Specific actions to take for the plant employees : Support HR Teams for deployment of CSR modules,

  • Support the development of new trainings on several topics.

Monthly CSR monitoring:

  • Participation in the monthly trends meeting;

  • Participation in the preparation, organization and facilitation of the yearly review on the trends identified and what they mean for ACC, and the action to be taken.

Employee social commitment :

  • Support for the organization of events under the social commitment plan for sites

External communication and reporting :

  • Contribute to the preparation of ACC's annual CSR report

The position is located in Paris but you will be required to travel to different ACC sites.

Profile

Knowledge :

  • Personal interest for CSR

  • Project Management

  • Microsoft 365

  • Good writing, analytical and summarizing skills

Experience :

  • At least 3 years of professional experience (including apprenticeship), with similar experience in a company or communications agency, local authority or association/NGO. Preferably in an international environement.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in sustainable development or communications with experience or good knowledge of CSR issues

  • Fluency in professional English required (reading, speaking, writing).
