Job description

Overall, your main responsibilities will be to manage the execution of Supplier 2nd sources / Cost optimised design change on existing Module & Cells project in all its components.

Your activities will be :

Manage 2nd sources / Cost optimised design change for existing Cells / modules project:

o  Planning & deliverables (design freeze, prototypes A/B/C/D, required internal testing, software…)

o  Engineering : more specifically define & execute validation plan of 2nd source component

o  Industrialization : more specifically, confirm modification / validation required to integrate new component & Design in Gigafactories.

o  Purchasing : drive sourcing plan / qualification of new suppliers

o  Cost : specifically build and manage delivery of cost down roadmap.

o  Quality :

o  Life Cycle Assessment (CO2, sustainability)

o  Start & ramp-up of mass production

o  Anticipation of aftersales

Interface & negotiate with customer team.

Ensure customer satisfaction.


To succeed in this role, you will need a strong experience of 15 years in project management

in automotive and/or battery industry, including :

- several years in product engineering

- several years in large project management

An engineering degree and fluency in English are also expected for this position.
