Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total and Stellantis-Opel, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

Our job offer is located in our Nersac pilot plant. Our Nersac facility is where our concepts take flight. Here we test our manufacturing processes on a full scale and refine them with a complete production line. In practice, this fosters team spirit, as we are constantly on the lookout for solutions and improvements. Working in our environment also offers the prospect of training and rapid skills upgrading on a product of the future! Lead relationship with customers for quality topics, manage customers specific requirements, claims and returns.
Lead site activities to reach product launch targets for robust product and processes leading to customers satisfaction.
Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related / Missions principales, Objectifs et Indicateurs associes :
- Define/Establish…. Définir/Etablir…. Corrective and preventive actions related to site KPI target for customers satisfaction and new product/processes start of production (customers claims, ppm customers return, manufacturing yield…)

- Guarantee…Garantir… Customers claims and returns treatment in appropriate timing
- Lead… Mener/Diriger… Workshops for improvement and problem solving, daily assist the site quality manager and should be able to be his back-up when needed

Nersac is located 40 minutes from Cognac, and 20 minutes from Angoulême, a city ideally situated 1h43 from Paris, 35mn from Bordeaux by train, and 1h15 from the Atlantic coast!
