Join our dynamic team as Digital Solutions Manager!

You will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, deployment and maintenance of innovative digital solutions across all ACC sites.

You will oversee systems such as PLM (TeamCenter), MES (Aveva), BMS, EMS, CMMS and LIMS, while coordinating deployments with local managers and project leaders.

Your responsibilities:

You will play a central role in driving our digital transformation initiatives.

You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the seamless integration and deployment of cutting-edge digital solutions across our organisation.

Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our operational efficiency, improving customer engagement and driving innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Oversee digital solutions for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Building Management System (BMS), Energy Management System (EMS), Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Manage VAC's unique digital solutions at a corporate level and coordinate their deployment across all sites.

Manage a corporate team (project managers, technical managers, MES administrators) and plant teams.

Manage budgets, human resources and capacity management.

Manage contracts and relations with suppliers, publishers and integrators.

Prioritise requests with business managers and monitor progress and performance.

As part of your activities, you will be required to travel regularly to our head office in Bruges.

Your profile

- Expertise in PLM (TeamCenter), MES (Aveva), ERP (QAD or others), and implementation of digital continuity.

- Over 10 years' experience in deploying and managing digital solutions for industrial sites, in a demanding context.

- Experience in managing teams of >20 people on several sites, plus service providers.

- Experience in managing IT service contracts and performance reviews.

- Experience in budget management and optimisation.

- Fluency in French and English.

- Master's level qualification
