Job description

  • Lead the documentation list for the process team (technical standards, internal procedures, training plan, …):  
  • Keep up to date the document repository, 
  • Animate the document writing, reviews, and validation. And contribute when necessary. 
  • Ensure the respect of documentation management procedure across the team 
  • Communicate toward the team on documentation changes and share monthly KPI. 
  • Train teammates when necessary 
  • Deploy operational standards (production, maintenance, quality) writing and validation during project launch for the mechanical process area: 
  • Prepare the list of standards to write. 
  • In anticipation, lists and review equipment supplier documentation necessary for the operational standard making. 
  • Share with production, maintenance, quality and engineering teams on standard writing methodology. 
  • Review on a periodic basis (daily or weekly) the project documentation advancement,  
  • Report KPI of standards advancement toward project leader. 
  • Be the PLM key user for the process engineering team: 
  • Learn and understand all PLM features to be able to use them as an expert user. 
  • Lead and review in PLM the process deliverables (MBOM, BOP, BOE…) in respect of the project planning and with the help of relevant process/industrial engineers.  
  • Feedback difficulties on usage and improvement proposal to the IT team in charge of PLM maintenance and development  
  • Be the main contact for the IT team to facilitate development and change implementation in PLM. 
  • Train process and industrial engineers to the usage of PLM according to their respective needs. 

Profile

Knowledge / Know how 
 

  • Operational standards writing and validation (work instructions, procedures, technical note…) 
  • Familiar with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software and engineering structuration (Bill of Material, Bill of Process, Bill of Equipment…) 



Experience 
(domain, number of years) 
 

  • 5 years of experience in automotive, aeronautical or similar industries working in a process and methods engineering position. 



Qualifications (diplomas, languages…) 
 

  • Bachelor in Science: industrial engineering or other relative fields 
  • Fluent in French and English. German optional.
