Job description

Joining our Kaiserslautern gigafactory project at its early stages, as our HR manager and with your team, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage Health and Safety policy and check its enforcement on a daily basis
  • Manage the official meetings with work council and all daily relationships with employees
  • Lead the local negotiations
  • Manage the recruitment process, workforce ramp up, talents and career paths
  • Champion Work Life Quality process to guarantee work conditions, to build team spirit, solidarity between employees
  • Contribute to shape and update the company’s competences matrix (technical and managerial)
  • Identify the training needs in the context of the very fast company’s growth, taking into account the high level of technicity of its different professions
  • Contribute to define and implement a competences and training development strategy
  • Contribute to supervise the tools and training definition, so that the supply and development of competences meets the needs of the company
  • Contribute to define and follow up the training KPIs


Profile

Expected profile of the candidates:

Knowledge / Know how
Human resources development, Labor law, project management, competences and training policies.

Experience (domain, number of years)
15 years minimum in HR field, with ideally experience in the automotive industry.

Qualifications (diplomas, languages…)
Master’s degree in HR
A perfect German and a fluent level of English and ideally french are mandatory.
