Job description

To support efficiently ACC’s growth from a HR standpoint, we open a new position of HR projects coordinator to take on the preparation and follow-up of all main HR meetings and projects.

In this position directly reporting to the VP of HR, your main activities will be:
·  To support the VP of HR to prepare and coordinate all HR key meetings (HR meetings, HR section of boards, shareholders meetings, ExCom), share the minutes of meetings.
·  To ensure the consistency and relevance of all HR and HSE key performance indicators with the Sites HR directors and the Corporate HR managers.
·  To endorse the HR Excellence officer role (coordinate the methodological improvement of the HR department): set up the strategic roadmap, monitor the progress of actions.
·  To brings your expertise and proactivity on HR innovation projects, to maintain an attractive set of policies against our competitors.
In other words, you will be the chief of staff of the HR & HSE department!

Profile

The expected candidate should have the following profile:
Several years in a a cross-functional and fairly generalist HR position within a large company. Ideally, the candidate has had both Headquarter/Corporate and Production site jobs.
A HR data kind of profile could also be relevant.
The expected candidate has possibly graduated from a high-level HR diploma such as Dauphine, CIFFOP, Paris 1 or Sciences politiques and/or demonstrates high career potential within the HR field.
For this position with an international spectrum, mastery of spoken and written english and french is required. Additional fluency in german or in italian would be an asset.
The position is preferrably based in Bordeaux, but could be based in Paris with frequent business trips.
