Overall job functions:
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems in HVAC systems, and propose cost-effective and efficient resolutions.
Support the commissioning of HVAC installations of our gigafactories (air conditioning: pressure, temperature, dew point)
Conduct comprehensive inspections and assessments of HVAC systems, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate solutions.
Support operation and maintenance department on DHU system, AHU, FFU, complete hydraulic and aeraulic networks (pumps, de-sludger, pressure holding unit, network balancing...), desiccant dehydrators, fan coils, fan filter units, chilled water production, water treatment...
Coordinate/oversee supplier, ensuring equipment installation is completed within set deadlines and meeting quality standards.
Participate in lesson learned session to improve HVAC equipment and layout of our next gigafactories
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and the team.
Cooperate with other teams within the company to streamline operations and achieve overall organizational goals.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HVAC Expert, with a minimum of 10 years in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC principles, components, and systems, along with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues, and the ability to devise effective solutions.
Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., HVAC Technician, EPA 608 Universal, NATE) are highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
Some of our assets: A production site 30 minutes from Lille, connected to Paris, Bruxelles and London by highways and TGV, equipped with cutting-edge technologies, in an international environment and surrounded by green spaces.
You will be participating in the launch of the first Gigafactory in France, and benefit from charging stations for electric vehicles, telecommuting 1 day/week for those eligible, catering service delivered (with 7 euros/day paid by the employer), complementary retirement plan (subject to a salary threshold), additionnal & seniority leaves, free access to Gofluent, etc
