With the upcoming launch of ACC gigafactories in France, Germany, and Italy, we are looking to recruit project-minded specialist to join the core group of our launch team. This Core team of expert will travel from one Gigafactory to another and its main mission will be to prepare and assist in the industrialization and launch of new manufacturing units. We are looking for multicultural, geographically flexible professionals who thrive on taking up challenges.
In this context we are looking for an Incoming Inspection (M/F) to join our quality task force.

Job description

  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Supplier Industrialization, Design and Suppliers to ensure that the material and equipment to be used are compliant with the approved technical specifications and in a good state
  • Verify that the conditions of preservation of the equipment are respected until its use
  • Ensure the traceability of the inspections performed, of the defaults and deviations observed and of the non-conformities issued
  • Verify the defaults, deviations or non-conformities are properly corrected
  • Maintain an audit program to assure standardized work and processes are followed.
  • Support the ongoing optimization of the processes with respect to both cost, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Drive timely analysis and disposition of components and products
  • Ensure his/her inspection activities are performed in a safely manner

Profile

  • 7+ years of work experience in the automotive industry
  • Degree in engineering in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience as an Incoming Inspection Engineer
  • Problem solving skills
  • English full working proficiency. French and German are a +
