Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis and Mercedes-Benz, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.
 
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We have created an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in Nouvelle Aquitaine, France, and we are building gigafactories in Germany and Italy, in addition to the one already built in Hauts de France.

Accelerating sustainable mobility for all.

Main missions:

• Process Documentation and Validation Support: Help in documenting processes and supporting the validation efforts to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.

• Support Lessons Learned Collection: Assist in the collection and analysis of lessons learned from gigafactory launches, facilitating the transfer and application of knowledge to enhance future projects.

• Data Analysis for Continuous Improvement: Perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities in gigafactory processes. Support the development and implementation of solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

• Knowledge Sharing: Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with relevant stakeholders.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of continuous improvement projects. Track project progress and report on outcomes to the Process Performance Officer.

Hard skills:

• Master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and continuous improvement principles.

• Strong understanding of industrial processes.

• Experience with knowledge management systems and best practices.

• Mastery of all Microsoft office tools, especially Excel & PowerPoint.

• A professional level of English and French is mandatory. Knowledge of German and Italian is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on practical application.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge and understanding of automotive manufacturing quality systems is a plus
