Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis and Mercedes-Benz, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We have created an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in Nouvelle Aquitaine, France, and we are building gigafactories in Germany and Italy, in addition to the one already built in Hauts de France.

Implementation of Project Financing
Main missions :
- Implementation of Debt Financing documentation
Preparation of drawdowns
Justification of eligible Project costs
Preparation of Condition Precedent, Representations
Confirmation of gearing ratio
Control of Debt Cap calculations
Relations with Agents, banks and Export Credit Agencies
- Cash management: contribution to
Accounting for debt, including Interest Rate Swap
Control of financial interest and commitment fees
Reporting to shareholders
- Contributes to cash management policy and procedures
- Contributes to implementation of Treasury Management System, in particular on debt aspects, in cooperation with Cash-management Officer and IT
Treasury forecast
Control of flows
Prepare implementation of cash pooling system
- Reporting: contribution to :
Accounting for debt, including Interest Rate Swap
Control of financial interest and commitment fees
Reporting to shareholders
- Contributes to cash management policy and procedures
- Contributes to implementation of Treasury Management System, in particular on debt aspects, in cooperation with Cash-management Officer and IT
Knowledge :
Cash management , general financial knowledge (financing, accounting….)
Experience :
5 to 10 years experience, preferably in an international environment Experience in debt management
Qualifications :
Qualifications (diplômes,…) Master degree Finance, Business Administration, Bank, Treasury management
French and English fluent
