Job description

The lean leader operation will have to create and deploy the methods and tools for managing performance for the ACC perimeter :

  • Setting up  the ACC Excellence and Eficience system
  • Improve the operational efficiency of sites and their managers through the deployment of methodology, lean culture and waste disposal tools to directly achieve the expected measurable results.
  • Contribute to the development of  staff and managers through training, the appropriation of the system  by improvement projects,  mentoring actions
  • Ensure the overall consistency of the performance management system.

It will implement and deploy the processes: excellent ACC plant construction, annual animation of progress, management control.


Knowledge / Know how :

This position is open to employees aspiring to managerial functions.

Experience :

Experience in operational management with exposure to the management system and a professional maturity open to the overall operation of a factory in a sector of activity or a company.

Qualifications :

Relational skills : ability to animate multidisciplinary groups, ability to negotiate, influence and make managers join.

Competence on change management : coaching/mentoring/consulting ability, leadership capacity training networking.
