Job description
The clean and dry room technician is responsible for the implementation of the clean and dry room guidelines, performs the clean and dry room measurements and qualifications, guides the cleaning activities in the clean and dry rooms.
The Main Missions will be:
Implement and maintains the Technical Cleanliness guidelines and standards for the Factory, makes sure that the personnel behaves correctly for material handling, gowning inside the cleanroom, cleaning of the machines and the environments etc
Perform the validation and analysis procedures for the cleanrooms, cleanliness grade areas, raw materials and generally the technical cleanliness of the product acc. to the control plan (including the sampling) acc. ISO 14644, ISO 16232 and VDA 19
Perform the clean and dry room hands-on trainings and makes sure that the protocols for the cleaning are followed by the operators and the cleaning crews. Oversees the cleaning activities and coordinates with the production and maintenance management
Perform measurements and verifies the in-line decontamination methods, on-line cleaning methods and protocols for the processes for their efficiency, samples the raw materials.
Report the status of the line regarding technical cleanliness to the Production and Quality managers and proposes improvements and actions in case of non-conformities
Support in root cause analysis investigations, 8D’s etc
Be in permanent interaction with the maintenance and industrialization team to manage the performance of the clean room
The cleanliness of the room and the efficiency of the facility and the process is the basic KPI for this job
Profile
Know How
Experience in HVAC and physical measurements
Know how in controlled environments, in cleanrooms, ISO 14644, ISO 16232, VDA 19
Experience
2-3 years experience in clean room operations in the pharmaceutical, food, microelectronics
Qualifications
DUT/BTS Physical Measurements, DUT/BTS Chemistry, BAC STL, Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Physicist or Chemist
