Job description

As member of the IT/IS department, and in close collaboration with the PLM project manager, you will participate actively in the implementation and the support of the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management software) in ACC.
You will be involved in the whole PLM project, but your main area will be to deploy step by step new functionalities: CAD integration, Engineering BOM, Manufacturing BOM (process and equipments), Simulation, Tests, Quality, Projects deliverables, interfaces other softwares (ERP, MES, Data platform, …).

You will:

  • In collaboration with key users, evaluate business needs and objectives
  • In collaboration with publisher and integrator, contribute to solution choice to cater these needs
  • When required, design, build and implement specific tools like small customizations or dashboard tools.
  • Evaluate impacts, and prepare the cut-over plan to put in action these new functionalities
  • With IT team, prepare, support and manage PLM upgrades,
  • Train and support users



Your other missions will be to:

  • Participate to the system administration (user account, roles and access rights, control setups…) in collaboration with our internal helpdesk service
  • Report encountered problems and follow their resolution in collaboration with the publisher and integrator



Lastly, you will have to keep updated our business process book, the document that summarizes all the best practices to be reused as core-model for next implementations.   

Profile

Experience
4-8 years with concrete experience in PLM implementation and support.
 
Qualifications
BAC + 5 in digital product/process engineering domain, English mastered
 
Key behaviours

Ability to work independently and/or with team members from different backgrounds
Ability to communicate, pedagogue, and collaborative spirit to embark colleagues
Excellent attention to detail
