Job description

Your missions on this role will be :

To analyse customer requirements linked to safety during bidding phases.
To negotiate with customers Product Safety objectives / performances.
To define required effort in order to satisfactorily comply with them.
To build risks analysis and related Safety requirements specifications
To build functional Safety deliverables in compliancy with ACC internal procedure.
To monitor / follow / support the development of the project in all phases in order to ensure the management of the safety aspects.
To build Product Safety requirements assessment in regard to evidence report furnished by the design team.
To validate design changes in terms of safety impact.
To identify design weaknesses
To guarantee proper application of ACC Product Safety management procedure into the project.
To lead safety external activities according to commercial agreement between ACC & Supplier.
To lead Safety internal technical review with design team.
To lead Safety technical review with the customer.
To contribute to the deployment of ACC Product Safety management procedure internally.
To share with ACC Safety management the Product Safety results. 

Profile

The expected candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Knowledge / Know how
Huge skills in thermal / chemical aspect.
Skills in dysfunctional analysis
RAMS tools (Fault Tree, reliability calculation, FMEA / DFMEA)
Knowledge in electrical Battery functioning / mechanical structure.

Experience:
Min 3 to 5 years in similar job activities with thermal safety activities on critical system for Industrial or automotive market

Qualifications :
Master’s / Engineering degree with thermal / chemical specialty
Good level in English.

Functional Safety standards knowledge

This post vacancy required mostly knowledge in terms of thermal science. Training on Functional Safety / Safety tools use could be performed inside ACC.
