We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

Main missions:
Continuously improve the process/template to manage launch costs
Work together with other functions to develop and manage forecasts vs budget, including changes, potential risks, and opportunities in the project. Monitoring and assessing costs (actual + trajectory)
Supporting launch team with understanding the project cost breakdown and cost reduction levers
Prepare financial reports, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators to both internal and external stakeholders
Building the path to close the gap to target with launch team proposing all actions needed/useful to reduce costs
Participate in complex problem-solving initiatives involving cost management and impact calculation, leveraging analytical skills to provide effective solutions
Contributing to ACC cost referential building and feeding
This position requires strong mobility to different project locations in France, Germany and Italy.
Knowledge:
Mastery of Excel and other Office tools
Creation of dashboard
Strong understanding of cost control and financial reporting methodology
Experience of cost control on large projects
Experience:
3+years of cost management experience for a large industrial company with a culture of cost-reduction
Experience in complex industrial environment.
Qualifications:
Masters/Engineer or finance/university Degree
Professional English, French is greatly appreciated, German & Italian is a +
