Job description

Main missions :

  • Analyze the electrical specifications and standards applicable for battery systems in collaboration with business experts for sizing electrical/electrotechnical components and provide the necessary reports for certification (calculation note, proof of compliance vs. standards...) 
  • Performs electrical tests of cells & modules components, measurements and analyses
  • Production support
  • Sizing components related to electrical connections (connector, cable...) and electrical protection (fuse, circuit breaker, contactor, lack of insulation...)

Profile

Knowledge / Know how :

  • Strong electrical knowledge, electrical sizing/insulation sizing
  • Mastering of manufacturing methods in industry
  • Mastering of assembly techniques
  • Good knowledge in functional quotation and calculations
  • Mastering the IT tool
  • Relevance in building/leading tests and trials in accordance with laboratory equipment and safety rules.
  • Relevance in writing a technical document and meeting minutes
  • Identifies and addresses non-conformances
  • Relevance in writing a technical document and meeting minutes



Experience :
3 years of experience working in electronics or power electronics.

Qualifications :

  • BTS CIM (Conception et industrialisation en microtechnique) or BTS SE (Système électronique) or DUT Génie Electrique et Informatique Industrielle
  • English proficiency

Some extra skills which make the difference :
Knowledge on the Li-Ion batteries will be a plus.
