Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis-Opel and Mercedes-Benz, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We have created an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), and we are building gigafactories in Hauts de France, Germany and Italy.
Our job offer is located in our Nersac pilot plant. Our Nersac facility is where our concepts take flight. Here we test our manufacturing processes on a full scale and refine them with a complete production line. Joining our Industrial Excellence Center in Nersac as our Site HR manager and with your team, you will be responsible for:
Manage Health and Safety policy and check its enforcement on a daily basis
Manage the official meetings with work council and all daily relationships with employees
Lead the local negotiations
Manage the recruitment process for manufacturing profiles, workforce ramp up, talents and career paths
Champion Work Life Quality process to guarantee work conditions, to build team spirit, solidarity between employees
Contribute to shape and update the company’s competences matrix (technical and managerial)
Identify the training needs in the context of the very fast company’s growth, taking into account the high level of technicity of its different professions
Contribute to define and implement a competences and training development strategy aimed both towards Nersac’s workforce but also workforce from other ACC factories needing to be trained
Contribute to supervise the tools and training definition, so that the supply and development of competences meets the needs of the company
Contribute to define and follow up the training KPIs
Expected profile of the candidates:
Knowledge / Know how
Human resources development, Labor law, project management, competences and training policies.
Experience (domain, number of years)
10 years minimum in HR field, with ideally experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 supplier appreciated).
Qualifications (diplomas, languages…)
Master’s degree in HR
A perfect French and a fluent level of English are mandatory. Additional languages such as German or Italian are a plus.
