Accelerating sustainable mobility for all.
Manage in site Logistics (raw material reception, storage, material handling…)
o Manager of material handling team
o Storage in FIFO – with compliance to expiration date
o Inventory management (KPI : stock level, obsolete…)
o Manage incoming inspection with quality team
Order parts & components for daily production of cells & modules
o Use MRP to order parts on a daily basis
o Relation with mutualized warehouse
o Relation with Corp Parts procurement team
o KPI : zero shortage for production line
Schedule production on the short term
o Taking in account all industrial constraints and optimization rules (batch size…)
o Taking in account all supply limited capacity
o Propose to Production General Manager the best scheduling of production every day
o Monitoring of production flow 24/7 and propose alternative if hazard
Manage finished goods shipment to outbound warehouse / customer assembly line
o Organize shipment of modules to final customer or Corp Warehouse
o KPI : OTD performance / minimum stock on outbound storage zone
Manage empty packaging return to suppliers / Corp Warehouse
Be window person of Corporate Supply Chain for S&OP / Master Production Scheduling
o Give to Corp SCM production constraint and scheduling on a weekly basis for the coming 4 months ahead (S&OP / MPS)
o Comply with Corp SCM rules ands process
o Collaborate with Corp teams
o Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics / MRP / Material Handling / Flow management
o Supply chain in industry with shopfloor experience
o Master degree in Supply Chain
o English fluent
o Rigorous, Organized, Autonomous, Reactive, Gemba oriented
o QAD knowledge.
A background in battery industry would be a strong plus for your application.
