Job description

You will be in charge of:

  • To analyze customer requirements linked to Reliability / Durability during bidding phases
  • To negotiate with customers Reliability / Durability objectives / performances.
  • To define required effort in order to satisfactorily comply with them.
  • To build Reliability tests plan and necessary samples size
  • To build Reliability / Durability internal process
  • To define previsional Reliability
  • To monitor / follow / support the development of the project in all phases in order to ensure the management of the reliability aspect.
  • To identify design weaknesses.
  • To guarantee proper application of ACC Reliability management procedure into the project.
  • To lead field / production feedback regarding Reliability issues.To support Engineering team during DFMEA activities.
  • To analyze DFMEA evidence for validation.

Profile

Knowledge / Know how
Huge skills in mechanical / electrical aspect.
Skills in dysfunctional analysis
Huge knowledge in Reliability Validation Test Design and statistical engineering (Weibull, Khi Deux, Markow diagram, sample sizing).
RAMS tools (Fault Tree, reliability calculation, FMEA / DFMEA)

Experience:
Min 3 to 5 years in similar job activities on critical system for Nuclear Industrial or automotive market

Qualifications:
Generalist Master’s / Engineering degree with statistical specialization.
Use of Weibull
Good level in English
