Job description

You will be in charge of :

  • Organize and lead supplier audit: system, process or product audits following automotive standard requirement: IATF 16949 in force version and ACC standard.
  • Ensure the completion of the audit corrective actions.
  • Contribute to supplier selection process and ensure suppliers evaluation in the functional perimeter in collaboration with purchasing department.
  • Manage quality supplier's industrialization/product development according IATF and ACC standards.
  • Follow up supplier APQP deployment and validate PPAP
  • Ensure supplier/product qualification
  • Validate the robustness of the suppliers' production process
  • Deploy Run@rate methodology and ensure ramp up achievement
  • Propose and manage supplier improvement plans with preventive corrective actions and ensure their implementation.
  • Manage supplier nonconformity.


Knowledge / Know how      

  • Trained in quality management standard: IATF 16949 in force version and associated core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)
  • Master audit management: organization, interview, report…
  • Ideally knowledge of automotive or battery industry
  • Quality tools knowledge: 8D, 5 why, …

Experience :

  • Min. 5 years of experience in supplier quality / supplier development activities
  • Experienced in Quality tools and supplier management

Qualifications :

  • Master degree (quality, or technical field)
  • Second part auditor or at least technical audit
  • IATF 16949 in force issue training certificate
  • Professional level in English required
