As a supplier Quality Lead Auditor you will be in chrage of:

• Organize and lead (or support) supplier audit:

   process or product audits following automotive standard requirement: IATF 16949 in force version and VDA6.3 : 2023 

• Support the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) in the completion of the audit corrective actions 

• Contribute to supplier selection process and ensure suppliers evaluation using VDA 6.3 P1 in collaboration with purchasing department 

• Support the SQE in supplier development 

• Support the SQE in supplier APQP deployment and PPAP validation 

• Perform supplier product qualification via audit 

• Validate the robustness of the suppliers' production process 

• Deploy Run@rate methodology and ensure ramp up achievement in preparation for SOP 

• Support the SQE in supplier improvement plans with preventive corrective actions and ensure their implementation 

• Support the SQE in supplier nonconformity management 

• Contribute to ACC processes and tool selection/deployment linked with supplier or quality activities 

Knowledge / Know how       

• Trained in automotive quality standard:  
  IATF 16949 in force version and associated core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA) 

• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, drawings and Control Plans 

• VDA 6.3 certified 

• Master audit management: organization, interview, report… 

• Master Quality tools and supplier management :  8D, 5 why, … 

Experience

Min. 7 years of experience in quality assurance, supplier quality or in supplier development activities  

 
Qualifications

• Master’s degree (quality, or technical field) 

• Lead auditor, or at least co auditor 

• VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 in force version training certificate 

• Professional level in English mandatory
