-         Collaborate in interdisciplinary way to select, develop and qualify supplier product/process for Li-Ion cells and modules
-         Responsible of the deliverables maturity follow up/milestones
-         Responsible of the execution of the Advanced Product Quality Planning) process including PPAP, for the suppliers
-         Manage quality supplier's industrialization/product development according IATF and ACC standards.
-         Ensure supplier/product qualification
-         Ensure supplier/product qualification
-         Validate the robustness of the suppliers' production process
-         Deploy Run@rate methodology and ensure ramp up achievement
-         Propose and manage supplier improvement plans with preventive corrective actions and ensure their implementation.
-         Manage supplier nonconformity.
-         Create and improve ACC processes, and tool selection/deployment linked with supplier or quality activities
-         Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; plan and evaluate department activities.
-         Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
-         Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-         Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
-         Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.
-         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Knowledge / Know how
Minimum 5 years of experience in management
Trained in automotive quality standard: 
o  IATF 16949 in force version and associated core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA),
o  VDA 6.3
Mastery of Quality tools and supplier management : 8D, 5 why, …

Experience
Min. 10 years of experience in quality, supplier quality or in supplier development activities

Qualifications
Master’s degree (quality, or technical field)
Lead auditor, or at least co assessor
VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 in force version training certificate
Professional level in English mandatory
