Overall job definition:

Finance Controlling for raw materials & components costs (prices & quantities) for ACC Europe plants. Management of customer invoices prices.  (~1bn€ / block)

Main missions:

- Control of raw material & components prices for ACC FACTORIES EUROPE in relation with Purchasing

• Supply chain purchases, and resale to ACC Deutschland (KL) and ACC Italy (TE)

• Management of prices updates (Raw material index, …)

• Supplier Invoice litigations level 2 in relation with Accounting team

- Control of modules/cells prices for ACC FACTORIES EUROPE in relation with Sales & Marketing team

• Offtake contracts execution for modules produced by BBD, KL & TE

• Management of intercompany flows (KL & TE resale to ACC Factories Europe)

• Management of price updates (raw materials, …)

• Customer Invoice litigations level 2 in relation with Accounting team

- Control of expenses for Supply Chain team: prepare budget and forecasts, analyse actual (P&L, cash), propose accruals

- Prepare budget and forecasts for his scope, analyze actual (P&L, cash)

- Contribute to define/establish process, rules and systems for Finance in relation with ACC teams

Knowledge:

• General finance controlling

• Manufacturing controlling

Experience:

• 10 years in controlling

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance

• French and English fluent

Key behaviours:

• Agility in a fast growing environment

• Define rules and process quickly, control and adapt, standardize.

This position can be based in Billy-Berclau or in Paris.
