Overall job definition :
The SC Operations support is a corporate, cross-site resource, guarantying a performant ramp-up in ACC supply chain operations by leading logistics, related operations.
Main missions :
As part of supporting the launch of Gigas, the employee must know:
- Work with colleagues on different sites cross-functionally
- Analyze complex Supply Chain processes, identify optimization opportunities and help develop personalized and innovative solutions with measurable results.
- Manage quality and participate in continuous process improvement
- Solicit experts on logistic flows to cover operational Supply Chain activities.
- Work with the Performance team to centralize knowledge and establish industry standards.
Knowledge :
- Supply chain activities overview, project management skills.
- Redaction and synthesis capability, change management, IT tools.
Experience :
- Supply Chain, Industrial / Manufacturing operations : at least 5 years.
Qualifications :
With Masters / Bac+5 degree from an Engineering or Business School, you have at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain professions.
You have good knowledge of the industry, ideally automotive or pharmaceutical.
You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a very good understanding of global Supply Chain processes and tools. An APICS/Green Belt/Black Belt certification would be a real plus. Agile, responsive and unifying, you also have very good interpersonal skills and a capacity for written and oral communication. You have the desire to support and advance the teams. You are an experienced user of MS Office in a professional context.
Finally, you speak perfect English, another language being a plus.
