Job description

In a highly engaged team within a fast-growing company contributing to the electrical transport revolution and reporting to the TA team leader, the TA Lead supports the company's strong growth through operational performance, coaching and management of TA projects within the perimeter of a HR Manager.

Overall job definition:

- Designs TA action plans to deliver high quality hirings with an optimized time-to-hire on his/her specific perimeter.

- Works hand-in-hand with the HR Manager of the perimeter to provide data-based insights and recommendations on recruitment performance.

- Coordinates the global recruitment efforts for a specific part of the ACC workforce.

- Deliver recruitment operational performance as an individual.

- Assess candidates to ensure ACC is onboarding talents with the right soft skills to thrive in the company.

- Coordinates TA specialists supporting on the perimeter’s open positions, depending on the workload.

- Manages the interface with recruiting firms.

- May participate in various TA related projects.

Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related:

- Collect recruitment needs from the HR Manger of the perimeter, with a national and international scope and a mid-term vision: collect and challenge job descriptions, design make or buy strategies to efficiently address the hiring plan;

- Manage data quality in order to be able to provide real-time TA-related analysis of KPI to identify bottlenecks and streamline the recruitment process within the perimeter, both at individual and collective level.

- Coordinate recruitment efficiency strategies with the heads of departments: set up data-driven regular reviews to analyze each department’s status talent acquisition-wise. Work with stakeholders to design and deploy improvement plans.

- Coordinates TA specialists allocated to parts of the perimeter’s recruitment needs in order to maximise efficiency and warrantee monitoring quality.

- Build and maintain proper talent pools that are easily actionable and can be engaged on a regular basis through the ATS and other platforms such as Linkedin Recruiter.

- Design custom-made talent acquisition projects at local and global level in coordination with the different stakeholders to support their growth.

- Conduct high-level HR interviews in English, French and other mastered languages, contribute to final selection, design well-targeted hiring proposals for local and foreign executives applicants.

- Make sure that our TA tools are always used to the best of their potential, and have a strategic watch mindset for relevant new tools to be added to our TA stack, in accordance with the RecOps Manager and the Group TA Manager.

- Identify and animate a community of ACC promoters to leverage ambassadors’ policy at local and national levels (social networks, campus management …).

Profile

Knowledge / Know how :

- Used to work in the Industrial and/or R&D field, in an international context and in fast-growing environments, with a track record of leading successful talent acquisition projects.

- Proven ability to perform with both niche and high-volume hirings (from 50 and more hirings per year as an individual).

- Efficient monitoring of TA activity based on Data quality and an analytic mindset.

- Proven capacity to perform behaviours-based assessments on candidates, including team managers.

Experience (domain, number of years):

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the talent acquisition domain, with demonstrated ability to design, launch and perpetuate efficient TA strategies.

- Part of this experience as a TA Leader in a matrix environment.

Qualifications (diplomas,…):

- Master’s degree in HR or Business studies.

- Fluency in English is mandatory, another language such as German or Italian is a nice to have.
