Job description

In a highly engaged and enthusiastic team, within a fast-growing company contributing to the electrical transport revolution, the Talent acquisition specialist supports our first gigafactory's strong growth. You will mainly be in charge of :

  • Hiring the ACC workforce worldwide (staff, engineers and managers) 
  • Feeding and maintaining our talent pools 
  • Coordinating the relation with the recruiting firms 


On a daily basis, you will :

  • Collect recruitment needs from managers, with a national and international scope : collect job descriptions, publish advertisements, assign positions to recruitment & headhunting firms ; 
  • Manage the internal recruitment platform (ATS) : coordinate the publication / deletion of positions, monitor the overall management of applications (follow-up with managers) ; 
  • Coordinate all recruitment needs : lead weekly-calls with recruitment agencies & managers to identify and manage priorities, follow-up recruitment processes & interviews, ensure the optimization of lead time ; 
  • Provide recruitment KPI and documents : follow up headcount needs and forecast, gather data about the joiners; 
  • Recruiting : conduct HR interviews in French and English, contribute to final selection, establish hiring proposals ; 
  • Register the hirings and follow the administrative preparation of the arrivals. 

Profile

You have been used to work in the industrial and/or R&D field for a minimum of 5 years in the recruitment activities (all levels). An experience of talent acquisition within the automotive or chemistry sector is expected.

As you will be assessing and working with people from more than 25 nationalities, fluency in English is key.
