Upstream Supply Chain Sustainability Analyst (F/M)

Automotive Cells Company (ACC) est une co-entreprise créée à l'été 2020 par Saft-Total, le Groupe PSA et Opel (devenus Stellantis depuis)et Mercedes-Benz. Notre ambition est de produire des batteries au meilleur niveau technologique tout en rendant la mobilité électrique accessible au plus grand nombre.
Pour donner vie à cette ambition, à la fois pour notre centre de R&D et notre ligne test en Nouvelle Aquitaine, mais aussi pour nos gigafactories dans les Hauts de France et en Allemagne nous recherchons des personnes compétentes et agiles, notamment dans les domaines aussi diverses et variés que la R&D, l'industrialisation, la conception mécanique, les tests/prototypages… et toute autre fonction d'une entreprise en pleine construction.

The Upstream Supply Chain Sustainability Analyst will be...

• In charge of the Sustainability activities of all Direct Commodities (Raw Materials/Materials/Parts).
• Building strategy & leading CSR KPI for Direct Commodities.
• Contributing to improve the sustainability of upstream supply chain notably achieving Carbon Neutrality Target.

The Main Missions for her/him will be :

• Design the sustainability assessment of suppliers
• Establish the objectives and processes required to deliver the desired results.
• Identify potential areas for improvement and make changes to support suppliers performance increase.
• Compare the data gathered during the RFI/RFQ step to identify gaps and ensure their solving according to ACC Sustainability vision.
• Builds the Environmental, Social and Governance strategy for each commodity to achieved ACC ESG goals.
• Follow up with rated companies, where needed, to clarify specific issues related to their assessment
• Help to implement the Due Diligence Management System in ACC Supply Chain
• Evaluate the information gathered during the supplier assessment steps to help:

     • Identify issues within a process,
    • Evaluate risks,
     • Improve systems, including standards, instructions, procedures and goals.

• Lead the sustainability of suppliers and their need to advance their sustainable business practices.
• Contribution to the development and the improvement of the assessment methodology is encouraged.
• Challenge Supplier on Carbon Net Zero and ESG (Scope1/2/3 roadmap achievement & compliancy)
• Share and Promote supplier innovation, bringing ESG and/or CO2 ACC advantage.
• Share and Promote ACC Brand image including ESG & CO2
• Share and Promote development of European EV batteries production

Know How

• Sustainability Key Process and suppliers sustainability process assessment
• Batteries supply chain knowledge will be a plus
• OECD due diligence management system knowledge will be a plus

Experience
Up to 3 years working experience in a related field
Experience in Sustainability/Sustainable Development

Qualification

• Diplomas : Master Degree in Sustainable Development or Sustainability
• Languages : English mandatory / French, German, Italian, Chinese as a plus
